These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy website and the booking and provision of hypnotherapy and wellbeing services.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service from Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy
Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy provides hypnotherapy and wellbeing services intended to support clients with personal development, behavioural change, relaxation and wellbeing.
Services may include support relating to:
Weight management and healthy lifestyle habits
Sleep difficulties and insomnia
Stress and relaxation
Confidence and self-esteem
Anxiety and emotional wellbeing
Trauma and PTSD-related support
Phobias and unwanted habits
Other personal wellbeing goals
The specific services available may change from time to time.
2. Nature of Hypnotherapy Services
Hypnotherapy is a complementary service and should not be considered a substitute for medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care or other professional healthcare.
Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy does not guarantee any particular result, outcome or timeframe.
Any information on this website describing potential benefits of hypnotherapy is provided for general information and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.
3. Medical and Mental Health Conditions
Clients should continue to follow advice, treatment and medication provided by their GP, consultant, psychologist, psychiatrist or other healthcare professional.
You should inform us before your session of any relevant medical, psychological or mental health circumstances that may affect your suitability for hypnotherapy.
We may recommend that you seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before or instead of receiving hypnotherapy.
We reserve the right to decline, postpone or discontinue a session where we reasonably believe that hypnotherapy is not appropriate or that another form of professional support would be more suitable.
4. Trauma, PTSD and Psychological Difficulties
Where hypnotherapy is offered in relation to trauma, PTSD or other psychological difficulties, it is intended as complementary wellbeing support and does not replace appropriate clinical assessment or treatment.
If you require urgent medical or mental health assistance, you should contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service rather than relying on Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information that may affect the suitability of hypnotherapy.
You are responsible for informing us of any significant change in your circumstances that may affect your participation in sessions.
You must follow reasonable instructions provided before, during and after a session.
6. Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy.
Clients are expected to attend appointments at the agreed date and time.
For online sessions, you are responsible for having:
A suitable internet connection
A compatible device
A private and quiet environment
Sufficient battery power
Any software required to participate in the session
You must not participate in a hypnotherapy session while driving, operating machinery or performing another activity requiring your full attention.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Our cancellation and refund arrangements are explained in our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Any cancellation or missed-appointment charge will be applied only in accordance with the terms communicated to you before booking and applicable consumer law.
8. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, the session may need to be shortened so that other scheduled appointments can continue on time.
Where appropriate, we may offer an alternative appointment.
Repeated lateness may be treated as a missed appointment.
9. Fees and Payment
All applicable prices will be communicated before you book or purchase a service.
Payment must be made using the payment method made available by Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy.
Prices may change in the future. However, the price confirmed for an existing booking will not be changed retrospectively.
10. Confidentiality
Information shared during hypnotherapy sessions will be treated confidentially, subject to circumstances where disclosure is required or permitted by law.
Confidentiality may also be limited where there is a serious safeguarding concern or a significant risk of harm to the client or another person.
Further information about how personal information is collected and handled is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Subject to applicable law, Inner Wellness Hypnotherapy will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract for services was entered into.
16. Right to Refuse or End a Session
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone or end a session where we reasonably believe that:
Hypnotherapy is unsuitable for your circumstances.
You are unable to participate safely or appropriately.
You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
Your behaviour is threatening, abusive or inappropriate.
